A birthday cake and/or cupcakes are allowed.  However, no outside food or alcohol is allowed inside the Roundabout Circle (this is where the Party Room is).

In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen emergencies that may impact the safety of guests, management reserves the right to reschedule the event at its discretion.  The host will be notified promptly, and efforts will be made to secure a new date that is mutually convenient.

Due to parking limitations, carpooling is encouraged!

Approval must be made by management in advance if parents other than the 2 or 4 cars included in your event are dropping kids off for the party and picking them up afterwards.

Yes! All children under the age of 18 must have at least one adult supervisor (age 21 or older) for every 5 children present at the party.  Adult supervisors are responsible for monitoring children’s behavior and ensuring compliance with safety rules.  We do have pool observers but note that there are no lifeguards on duty.  Roundabout Oxford is swim at your own risk.

Should the host need to cancel the meeting, a written notice must be provided at least (30) days prior to the scheduled date. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Cancellations made after (30) days and before (14) days of the meeting will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within (14) days of the meeting will not receive a refund.

Of course!  But decorations must be pre-approved by the resort management.  All decorations should be free-standing (Nothing can be hung on the walls).  Confetti, glitter, and similar items are not permitted.  The host is responsible for setup and teardown of decorations they bring within the allocated time.

The host may access the party area 30 minutes before the event for setup.  All decorations and personal items must be removed within 30 min after the event.

Unfortunately, no.  For sanitary reasons, all cake and pizza must be cut , served and eaten in the party room and not on the pool deck.
